Primrose cupcakes

I’ve been rather neglectful of my blog over the Christmas period, and so this is an apology to all my lovely readers for not posting, and what better way to apologise that with a cupcake…or two:

Primrose Bakery

Sooo much I should be blogging about…sooo much to review, etc. etc. but with deadlines coming out of my ears I’m not sure I have the time right now, so, instead, I am just going to post some lovely pictures of a lovely bakery we came across yesterday in Tavistock Street, Covent Garden, after our visit to the London Transport Museum. I know I can harping on about it, but isn’t Covent Garden just fab…I can’t think of many other places in Central London where you can still come across such a lot of independent retailers and quirkly little shops and boutiques…

The decor in the Primrose Bakery was gorgeously retro, and kitsch…in keeping with the cakes…check out that neon sign!




The cakes weren’tso bad either. Yesterday’s special was ginger cupcakes:
